The pro did not show up. Can I receive a refund?

Absolutely. Please send an email to help@coinbeast.com with details of your session (e.g. pro’s name, date/time of call and the email you used to book the call) and we will provide you with a refund.

I do not feel I learned anything valuable during our session. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please complete the post-call email survey so we can provide the pro with your feedback and improve future sessions.

Something came up, I can no longer attend our session. Can I reschedule?

No refund will be given for a cancellation however you can reschedule your call at no additional cost. Simply select the reschedule option in your confirmation email and you will be provided with a new set of dates for your call. The pro must be given at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled call.

Are there guidelines or rules of conduct on Connect?

The purpose of your call is educational. Therefore, the expectations for the pro and client are the same: Be on time, be prepared and be respectful in order to create a fun and positive learning climate.

How do I prepare for my call?

The time that you book with your pro is precious. In order to make the most of this time, be sure to write down some questions you may have and prioritize them. We also recommend that you get ready 10 minutes before the start of your call and that you ensure you have a good connection in a quiet place.

Can others join my call?

You are free to invite other people over to your location for the call however the pro will only allow one Zoom user to enter the meeting room.

Do I need a Zoom account to enter the meeting room?

We recommend that you create a Zoom account prior to your first call on Connect.

How do payments work on CoinBeast Connect?

When scheduling a call with a pro, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information, Your card will be charged at that time for the call. The amount charged is based on the pro’s hourly rate and the duration scheduled.

Is my contact information kept private?

Trust and security within our community is a top priority. We will not disclose any of your personal information to others.

Are the calls off the record and private?

We hold high standards for our pros. In order to ensure that every call meets these expectations, we record all calls. However these recordings are not shared or distributed unless requested by a pro and the user grants permission to do so.

I am unable to enter the Zoom meeting room. What do I do?

Please send us an email at help@coinbeast.com and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

During my call, I lost connection. What happens to the minutes that I was not on the call?

Depending on how long the connection was lost, you can ask the pro if it’s possible to extend the call.
